i know! why do all the hair options for male-shep have to be so short. my hair goes down a little past my chin so i could never make shep look like me no matter how much effort i put into it. i was disappointed with the character customization this time around.Dan the Man with a Plan wrote...
All the hair options suck, so after 15 minutes of failing miserably I just went with what I thought looked ok.
Did anyone spend ages and I mean ages...

trying to get a good looking maleshep? I mean christ It must be the 20th time I've tried I'm surprised I have not gone insane, I think there's something wrong with me.
anybody else this stubborn or anybody else have too much time on their hands?
It is incredibly hard to make a pretty FemShep.
For MaleShep it´s not hard, though - it is impossible.
Once again, I disagree. I've seen many a good femshep and I'm mortally attached to my femshep back from ME1

It's not blue in the game but a dark, almost obsidian colored skin.Tirigon wrote...
@Javier: How did you get blue skin on Shepard?
Go through Gibbed Save editor, and change the Skin Tone to
R = .1 B = .1 G = .1

I didn't like the default, so I spent hours and hours and restarts and hours getting a good-looking Shepard. I just can't play through the whole game if there is some part of Shepard's look that I don't like. It's like a neat freak seeing dirty dishes in the sink for me.

This is my Shepard:

Nothing special, but I like him and that's what matters to me (Yes he uses TiM's eyes).

I tried to get my female shepard as close to looking like me as possible but... with the restrictions to what hair styles they have, eye orientations, colors and other facial features it's just not possible. Hell you have a better face editor in DA:O than you do in ME or ME2. In fact you have more choices and more customizability in DA:O than you do in ME2. I'd like them to incorporate that facial editor into ME3.
