[A Killing Sound]

For my first run through as a paragon female Shepard, I stayed loyal to Kaiden.  Staying loyal to him suits my character, plus both look like a decent couple.
Working on my second runthrough with a renegade male Shepard. Leaning towards cheating on Ashley with Miranda or Jack. Haven't decided yet.  I mainly wanted to see what is done in Mass Effect with a romance that stayed loyal and a Shepard who gets around.

ME1: Ashley. Because I had an interest on as soon as I saw her and Liara got too late as I was already after Ash. If Tali was available it would be she though. Then on another playthrough I got Liara and liked it. But for my "canon" Shepard, it was Ash.

ME2: Miranda. I was already interested as soon as I saw her too. I liked that Tali was available too, but it was hard to resist Miranda's looks also as someone new to look after. I didn't like her first (cold hearted ****), but she grew on me later. The Ash rejection fitted the story as I would like, I dumped her with no regrets. Reject Tali later broke my heart though. But for continuity of my Shepard I will take Miranda. I kinda believe she fits my Shepard better as she's a little broken, a cold-strict-to-business person with a soft side. Her awesome set of skills and being the XO of the Normandy helps. Tali is too much the-girl-next-door but I like her. She has a place in my heart too, like Liara.

Devon Shepard chose Liara T'Soni in ME1 and stayed true to her in ME2. He has strong feelings toward her, but he is dismayed that she seems to have gone down a dark path during the time he was 'dead'. (Vanguard/Paragon)

Simone Shepard chose Liara T'Soni in ME1 and Garrus Vakarian in ME2. Simone was put off by Liara's new personality after her time on Illium, and saw something in Garrus she hadn't seen before. (Adept/Paragon)

Leah Shepard chose Kaidan Alenko in ME1, and didn't pursue romance in ME2. If Kaidan had been around, she may have tried to rekindle something, but it wasn't a priority. (Engineer/Mostly Paragon)

Martín Shepard chose Liara T'Soni in ME1 and Miranda Lawson in ME2. Liara was sweet and all, but Miranda is amazing. Have you seen Miranda? (Sentinel/Mostly Paragon)

Ethan Shepard chose Liara T'Soni in ME1 and Jack in ME2. There's just too much Ethan love to limit his options to just one woman. Besides, Liara's weird now. (Infiltrator/Mostly Renegade)

Ashley Shepard chose Kaidan Alenko in ME1 and chose not to get caught up in such trifles in ME2. She's out for revenge—romance can wait, possibly forever. She will destroy the Reapers if it's the last thing she does. That Morinth though... (Soldier/Renegade)

i usually go with jack or tali. miranda is a ****, jacob calls you a prize, thane while a cool character is so irritating, garrus is more like a friend not an li, kelly is boring, and all the romances from mass effect 1 sucked. honestly, while the romances are decent to some extent, they're all bad.

My manshep wooed Liara in the first game but moved on to Tali in the second. If given the choice in the third installment, he will remain with Tali.

On my first playthough I went for Jack with my SingleShep. Another Shepard stayed loyal to Ashley.

In ME1 didn't have LI because was with Tali, in ME2 continued with it. Tried on one playthrough with Jack, but Tali is better.



Why? In ME1 both NPC didn't look interesting for me (one rasist and another one cry-baby), while Tali was intriguing. In ME2 Jack was everything I am against, and Miranda felt like a ****, while Tali was again intriguing and cute as a charachter.

ME1- Regretfully Kaidan... Somehow being nice to him turned out to be a one night stand... :/ And I really don't see how developing a relationship with a character in ME2 is considered cheating when it was only a one night stand and you died... Just saying...



ME2- Garrus all the way. Why? Because it's freaking Garrus Vakarian, and he's the best character in ME. Plus, Garrus and Shepard are soul mates... Enough said

Riona Shepard, ME1 Single, nearly did it with Garrus but then she paid more attention to this cute redhead next to the Galaxy-Map, dumped Garrus before the suicide mission, and decided to go this way. (Just romanced him for achievment, then I reloaded and dumped him, sry Garrus ^^). But to be honest, I think that Kelly has an intimate relationship with everyone on the ship. I don't think that she wont dump you for the next better f**k. (Remember when you recuted Thane. she said she like Bad Boys. Proof enough for me! >_> ). In quick words, I think she's a ****,**** etc...! but a cute one. And if she dump me, she will die.

Sera Shepard, ME1 Liara, will probably dump her because she dislikes how Liara changed. If she will do it in ME2 or 3 is not sure but she will (With an other woman of course)! I mean, what happened with this cute little blue girl? I mean, to mature is nothing bad but she turned somehow evil... Don't know, as long as Bioware wont tell us more, I will probably dump her.

John (the one and Only) Shepard will stay single in ME1 and will go for Tali. Or he will romance Ash and then dump her for Tali. *chrchrchrchrchr* >_> I think that it is enlightened why Tali. But I want to cheat Ash. I sacrificed Kaidan every Time in ME1 so I hate the reaction at the reunion.She deserve it!

Yeah, all the ME1 LIs had that one-night stand feeling.
Also, mind I ask? Since I am male, I really can't decide... Is Kaidan suppose to be THAT good-looking? I never considered him very handsome (at least less pretty than Ashley)

Hmmm.

My male shep's tend to be more or less how I would react so for ME1 so paragon and wanting Tali as she had a wonderful sense of curiosity about her as well as none of the shyness of Liara. Add a wonderfully dry sarcastic humor and all the other things that make her awesome and no other ME1 li can touch her.



So instead I just went for either of the other two choices depending on mood. Still have not tried any of the other options in ME2 as once playing Tali's li it's hard to not go with it again though I intend to make a new character to try eventually.



"Neutral" renegade FemShep in ME1 went with Liara and stayed loyal to her in ME2 as she is ruthless but not bad and values loyalty.



"Psychotically Evil" FemShep went with Liara in ME1 and is working her way through the crew in ME2. Thane is cool but you get robbed with the li scenes.

ME1: MaleShep - Lira (Cause if its a choice of B***H over BlandBlue, Ill go Blue), FemShep - Kaiden (I kinda liked Kaiden, more so than some it appears anyway).

ME2: MaleShep - Tali (Lira dumped, Miranda is more atractive but bland, Jack is a great character but I dont see her as romanceable). FemShep - Garrus first time, Thane 2nd time, Jacob never.



In my opinion the FemSheps got the better romance choices... course THAT debate is a whole nother thread

Female Shepard- stayed with Liara though in her loneliness and craving for something blue, shepard made a pass at Samara that was ultimately rejected.
