I downloaded the character creator before the games release and I seem to recall a Ring offered as an in game bonus to peaple who did this. I now have the game but i cant figure out how to get the ring. Any advice ?

did you remember to upload the characters to this account when you got the character creator?
other than that i would contact support, dont expect much its handled by EA far as i can tell....you might be able to get noticed by a modirator on these forums and get better help tho.
