Shale's abilities weren't working and were missing their descriptions too, but returning to camp, saving and reloading fixed that one.
And I still can't get Warden's Keep to work.
Hope these issues get resolved soon.

Final Reason and Bergen's Honor were equipped on my mage and Sten respectively, and I just noticed that neither are on my characters, they're both back in the merchant's store. Anyone had this happen to them? I'm glad they didn't vanish entirely, but I would hate having to buy these items over and over again.

Had the same issue with the weapons, I ended up just having to rebuy them.
Shale and WK are broken (were broken I guess since I just went ahead and beat the game) as well and I doubt I'll try using them again on a new game until Bioware patches or addresses the issue.
Careful with WK if you do get it to work, I wouldn't trust the storage container with any thing important incase your DLC bugs out like mine did. Lost it all I did, gone with the wind.

All of my DLC was working fine on 4 different characters until tonight. I made a new warrior and when i get into the game proper, the armor is not there, the lucky stone is not there, the frozen grimoire is not there. Yet. Sulchers pass is active on the game map, and I just talked to levi and opened up WK on the map as well. I loaded previous characters and their armor and items from dlc are still there. So, why does my new charcater not have his items?
