Hi All -

I just downloaded Kasumi's stolen memory and it seems to have downloaded fine (I have a check beside it when I look at the content in the main menu), but the content just isn't there.  People say  I should get an email from the illusive man telling me to go to the citadel and find her, but I just don't get the message and there's no change at the citidel.

Is it triggered by something?  Since downloading it I've completed an assignment and moved around the map a bit.

Describe the download process to me as you observed it.

Other than that, I would re-download it.

First download, I downloaded it from the marketplace. The download stalled at about 71%, so I re-initialized the download. It seemed to download correctly that time. When I didn't see the expected results in the game, I downloaded it again from within the game. This time the download said it completed almost immediately so I can only imagine it didn't actually download it again.



I'll try to delete it completely and install it again and see how that works. Just wanted to make sure I didn't have to take any other action (like installing it somehow after downloading).

The DLC's are flakey as far as appearance for some reason. Like for instance I put in the two armor DLC's (Cerberus and Blood dragon) and showed up. I put in Firewalker but was a no show. I exited game then reloaded the game and I got the e-mail for the Firewalker missions. It also happened to me for Normandy crash site too. I guess to ensure it to "Show up" quit the game, exit to your xbox main screen, return to the game and it should be there.

'im having a problem with the stolen memory dlc, seems that everytime i beat the mission it freezes right after kasumi decides to keep the memory or not. i tried reinstalling the game but still haveing the same problem
