Lady D has a vague idea of how it will end, but I didn't spell it out (mostly because there's a chance I might write another story that takes place after Undertow and that will impact a few things).

He has good reason to be a crank-pants in Undertow world, I think (and yes, lack of action is probably not the least amongst these reasons). I just haven't gotten into it too much because, well, I keep getting distracted by blond things.

That's ok, he can be as cranky as he wants.  I'll be happy to sooth his cranky pants, as well as do other things to his cranky pants.
