haha ive been answerting tonns of responses in a sarcastic manner myself. Only to realize they really werent, or they were to stupid to understand it was sarcasm.

yeah you usually have to assume it's not sarcasm unless you're speaking with someone known to be sarcastic... ^^ NPCs haven't been conditioned to think that dynamically quite yet.

Here is a hint. You can treat allistar like dirt, and he thinks it is funny. Lelliane is to be treated like you would treat a little girl, shes insecure, so u have to be very nice to her if u want to get her approval. Morrigan is complicated, she thinks love is discusting, and has no social skills and a very selfish type of humor, she only laughs when you say something about how evil she is, for example. I havent tried to romance with any other characters, but I hope it helps.

well I guess it all depends on the writer's perspective--I imagine most of the things said to Alistair that he responded positively to were meant to be delivered in a "teasing" tone--if you actually choose the negative/mean responses you could hurt his feelings.



Of course, I chose some responses thinking they were sarcastic/teasing and ended up offending him, so I guess you just have to be careful. O.o
