Hey guys

I dl'ed a 471 mb toolset, but it wont install because it says it cant find the game, which other than the 1.03 patch slowdown problen, runs great.

i have windblows 7, 64 bit and i tried installing from the desktop, from the DA directory, and from where i dl'ed the toolset too, it just comes up and says DAO is not installed.

any sugestions?

When you say DA directory do you mean the one in my documents or the one in program files? Are you installing to Program Files x86?

You may need to run the install file in administrator mode if your files are installed in program files.

i tried admin mode, that did not help, it still says DAO is not installed



I am not sure why it wont run, all i know is that since i got my knew comp i have run into allot of problems with games and such not running, that i never had on xp, i even tried running the setup for the toolset in xp mode, it still says game not installed.



could it be a conflict with patch 1.03, or awakenings or user made mods i have installed?



any help would be appreciated.
