Do you think they'll include more loyalty-type powers for squadmates? Unlocked via some specialization (not loyalty) mission for each squad member.
If they release an expansion and if they raise the level cap...

I doubt they'll do that .. ME2 seems to be more or less arranged in thirds:
Awakening -> Horizon -> Collector ship -> Suicide mission
Unless an expansion is post suicide mission, it's unlikely to happen at all .. and post suicide mission a bunch of squadmates are sort of meant to go their own way.
