Just like the title sais I was wondering what is the quickest way you can become a reaver and where you got to go to get it and does it effect Leliana when becoming a reaver cause I wanna romance her thank you in advance!

The only way I know of is to do the quest for that cultist leader. I would assume it would affect Leliana, as she is a devout follower of the Chantry. In truth, doing that quest will probably severely hinder your relationships with most of your party members, especially Alistair and Leliana. I've also heard they may even attack you, but I doubt that somewhat.

go to redcliff and do the questline there, the arl is poisoned and needs to be cured. You then have to do the urn of sacred ashes questline. your ganna meet sum1 named Kolgrim....do wut he asks.

quickest way, go to denerim, go to genivities house, there you find his apprentice, kill him crab genivities notes from the chest, then go to haven. agree to help kolgrim, taint ashes, kill leiliana, talk to kolgrim and drink the dragons blood, and presto you have reaver
