Here's my top 5 fav weapons:
1.)X98 Widow(BAM!)
2.)Geth Pulse Rifle(Great looking&sounding,and best AR against shields and biotic barriers,and most fun to use)
3.)M920 Cain(Nuke launcher,anyone?)
4.)Revanant MG(Just spray and pray boys and girls,just spray and pray.)
5.)X97 Viper(Who doesn't like a semi auto sniper rifle?)

...And here's my top 5 fav stuff ingame.
1.)Miranda's ass(Distracts me,especially when she vaults over cover near to me,and proven to induce spontaneous ejaculation even in seasoned men.)
2.)Miranda's ******(Her...uh...uniform couldn't hide her D-Cups to begin with...)
3.)Joker's random quips& conversations(read:arguments)with EDI(Listening to porn while your CO is around?classic.)
4.)Legion's native dance(Ah yes,the robot dance.)
5.)Legion's random quips(Geth do not intentionally infiltrate.)

1) "I enjoy the sight of humans on their knees." - EDI - The best thing in the game.... hands down!

2) Garrus looking scary as hell after being chewed up by the chopper

3) Mordin singing

4) Grunt.... nuff said.

5) Omega.... that's my kind of place. "Don't **** with Aria!"

Weapons:
1:Cain (Booooooooom) 
2:Locust Submachine gun.
3:Widow Sniperrifle
4:Revanant Assault Rifle
5:Eviscerator Shotgun.


Other stuff:
1:Miranda. Took me a while to warm up to her but she's awesome, with very nice...assets. Her playing asari pinball at the end of her loyalty was funny as hell to me.
2:Kasumi. Her matrix moment during her loyalty was, priceless.
3:Joker yelling at the collector ship while blowing it hell at the end of game was pure win. Also his comment about Garrus pulling the pole out of his ass and beating people todeath with it deserves a nod.
4:Joker's little mission to unshackle the AI. Somehow the VA made a very serious moment into something that still makes me laugh everytime I do it. "This is where it starts, and when we're all organic batteries guess who they'll blame.  This is all Jokers fault. What a tool he was. I have to spend all day computing PI cause he plugged in the overlord.
5:Letting Jacob be the tech expert, then watching a rocket take him out. Awesome.

I know I have mentioned my 5 favorite moments, but I have to mention Niftu Cal, aka. The Galaxy's Greatest Biotic. The renegade route with him was just funny. Poor little Volus

Other things, off the top of my head(besides Miranda):
1. Joker dialogue
2. Grunt dialogue
3. Legion dance
4. Etarn Tiron(sp? - turian weapon dealer on the Citadel) if you save the Council.
5. The two guys at the turian weapon shop on the Citadel, discussing Shotguns etc.
