I know this has probably been posted a number of times so if possible can someone direct me to a thread that has a good solution to my following problem??

I've played ME2 through a couple of times with my original soldier character from ME1, and had no probs uploading it to ME2.  Went back and played a new character on ME1 got 10 levels above my original character and full paragon I then finished the game then when I tried to upload it onto ME2 it appeared in the uploader but it wasn't available, so I went back replayed the ending including the credits and WTF??? it now appears twice in the uploader but I still can't access it (it says game not completed) what the hell am I doing wrong? Everything is saved to the hard drive and I even went back and deleted my original soldier files so the only ones that can be accessed are the new onesAGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! - can anyone direct me to a solution in these forums its really giving me the s**ts and I want the bonuses of playing with my new character (who didnt get Wrex killed)!!

Same here man/lady i cant only my first playthrough is available still dunno wats wrong
