There's no two ways around this, I am an idiot. I read the instructions to activate the Blood Armor and did so; but when I registered with EA I did not register the e-mail my PSN is attached to.
So of course, when I redeemed the "one-time" only code I redeemed it on an e-mail that doesn't even have a PSN attached to it. Is there a way for me to get my Blood Armor or did I lose my chance for good?

I believe the more important part is that the regions match. When you start the game and connect to the Bioware servers your PSN account will be connected to your Bioware/EA account.
Check out your EA account to see which Personas are connected it to it https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do
If the Blood Armor doesn't show up then you're screwed like the rest of us. If you are in the EU try searching the PS Store for Blood Dragon Armor and you might find it.

Thank you very much. I can't tell you how happy I am that I may still have a chance to get my armor.
However I'm still getting an error. When I try to add the persona myself I get an error saying that I need to make sure I am logged into the game with my PSN (which I am) and that I will receive a e-mail after logging into the game server with my PSN account within 24 hours. It's been over 48 hours now and there's no sign of this e-mail. Is there something I am missing or something else I can try to get my persona added?

Yeah you don't do it online, you do it on the PS3. If you have already signed into the bioware site during the game and the option doesn't come up go to your network settings and disable the automatic sign in. That way when you begin the game you will first have to sign into the playstation network and then have the opportunity to connect to bioware with a different email address.
