Is there a tutorial or anything about changing an NPC's appearance (like morrigan or sten or random NPC #345) in game.

changing a team member is completely different...ish
first make the morph, then name it right for the override:
for team members is the appropriate connotation hf_ hm_ dm_ em_ etc. followed by genfl_(name)
for npcs, u find the original morph to override and save it as (preface)_XX###(minus wuts here i think)_(name)
i read on the nexus i think that that is what you have to do, but im not so sure about the npcs, i exported them with the same name and overrid them just fine
