I've had Zaeed in my squad on most of my playthroughs, but I had no idea he talked about Jessie that much.I just clicked on her once and thought that was it.Damn, Zaeed has more to say than most of the squad you interact with.
Zaeed's monologue.

Zaeed definitely talks more to you then Garrus who only talks to you twice in the entire game (as a male shep anyway).
I used to always run up to the Garrus' little place, but I have zero reasons to do so in my next playthroughs.

Actually playing through the Zoyra mission right now, the most morally gray mission of them and the one with the best setup outside of the suicide mission.

Not sure if he has more than Kasumi, but she talks about your romantic interest (if you've got one) and it's pretty funny.

It took four billion credits worth of medical tech to save Shepard's life. Zaeed was just too damn stubborn to die after taking a bullet to the head.

People have survived bullets to the head before. It is remarkable but not awe inspiring.

He's a badass, yes. But Shepard is badasserer.
Anyone else find his accent a tad grating after too long?

Are you trying to downplay Zaeed?
Shepard survived, but with a ton of help. But Zaeed survived through sheer rage! Yeah people sometimes survive gunshots to the head, but not a point-blank range execution shot to the back of the head. Even the devil wouldn't take Zaeed because he is just that badass.

Zaeed sold his soul to the Devil once. Next day the Devil came back and demanded a refund. "No way, unless you have a proof of purchase!" Zaeed said. That's how Zaeed made the Devil his Refund Guy.

His accent is cool. I find Shepard's pretty annoying.
Really? FemSehp, or ShepLoo? Jennifer Hale is amazing, IMO! Mark Meer can be a little flat.
Sorry. OT.

I can never understand how, after hitting him in the head with a bullet atpoint blank range, they were unable to finish the job. Surely pulling the trigger a 2nd time isn't difficult? It just goes to show that if you're a villain in a ideogame/movie/tv show, you need to make damn sure your enemies are dead when you kill them!

Mark Meer, he's good but it sounds off when he says certain things. I never play as FemShep though, got one FemShep save and thats it.
Yeah i would like to know what happend next with Zaeed, did they think he was dead? Did someone help him? Or did he just get back up full of rage and ripped them all apart why Vido ran for the hills? A dialogue weel would help with this.

-The Archangel mission
-The Horizon mission
-The Collector Ship mission
-Joker's desperate scramble
-Jacob's Loyalty Mission
-His own mission (both outcomes)
-Mordin
-Jack/SuZe
- Grunt's Loyalty Mission
And that's just off the top of my head.

A dialogue wheel for Zaeed would have been good. My Shep wanted to argue with him more. He has a lot to say now, but none of it's particularly revealing or engaging with what's going on in the rest of the game. I'd have liked more comment about the missions they were doing then, rather than what happened to him one fine spring day whay back when, but that's just me.

I recind my remark then. (But I do not remember any of that, which speaks poorly of my sanity. lol) Apologies.
I still would have prefered the chance for actual discussion about missions. Both his and Kasumi's remarks blend into the backround a bit because there is no engagement there (for me). Dialogue wheel, people!

Morally gray? How is deciding between saving innocent people and going off on a revenge quest at all morally gray, much less the most? Zaeed's mission doesn't even compare to Legion's in this regard.
