I've redeemed my DLC and its showing in my profile, but once I log in the game and click on downloadable content  it

doesn't show any content.  I have read and tried fixing using HemisH's "Redeemed DLC Unofficial Troubleshooting

and FAQ" but it doesn't work. I've also tried going into DA folder and manual update but an error pops up saying "The

application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000132)". Any help would be appreciated.

Note: I purchased the game off Steam.
