List O Glitches...

2. The charge ability - can't target some enemies that are standing right in front of you on some levels, such as the tutorial and zaeed's mission, occasionally when you use charge it'll be used but you won't actually charge.
3. Crates/Cover - sometimes when you enter or exit cover you will become glued to the cover and we be completely unable to do anything, other times the camera will be locked in place yet you can still move around but will be unable to aim
4. Squad Ammo - Aliies switch to their own ammo even when you order them to use your ammo.
5. Auto Aim - not really a glitch but its annoying when I'm aimming at a scion and a husk runs in front of it and my crosshair locks on the husk instead and starts following it.
6. Thane's loyalty mission - If you kill the turian at the end Shepard, Thane and the C-Sec officer disappear, still hear the audio though.
7. Samara's loyalty mission - sound cuts out during the fight scene.
8. Collector Platforms - During the collector ship mission and the final mission occasionally the platforms don't line up correctly, as in there is a foot of space between platforms preventing you from moving across (only happened to me once when I charged onto a platform that just "landed").
9. Tali's loyalty mission - If you hit the A button to talk to Shalaa'Ran (or whatever) instead of walking up to her Tali's trial is completely skipped.
10. there's more but can't remember right now. Feel free to add more to the list.
Now I'd pay for a patch that fixed these glitches before I'd pay for more dlc that possibly adds more bugs/glitches. Bioware really should get on the ball and actually make a patch that fixes some of these things first before making more dlc that could add a game breaking bug/glitch, but thats just my opinion.

Floating in the air bug when you brush past objects is game breaking. A lot of bugs I can deal with (such as charge bug), but forced reloading is ridiculous.
Funniest cutscene glitch for me is if you bring Jack to Miranda's loyalty mission, and she mimes shooting (no gun in hand).

Falling through the level, getting stuck on top of geometry, crashing if I pause too much, Harby spamming his biotics every .5 seconds (only happened once but it was annoying nonetheless), pull and/or throw getting mobs stuck in geometry to where I can't kill them but I can't move on either so I have to restart, praetorians not caring about stealth, and don't even get me started on how Miranda is useless in Hardcore because she just stands in front of cover.

Interestingly enough on my 360, after clearing my cache, the audio during Samara's loyalty sequence between her and Morinth no longer cut out.

Press Escape to go to the menu, then escape to get back to the game. Hey presto, its fixed. From what I have noticed, it happens more when you are turning, and then bring up the powerwheel.

Works fine for me most of the time, although I have noticed these things tend to happen more if you spam space to skip through the conversations.

It hadnt actually landed, and by charging, the glitch was forced. Given the rarity, probably never encountered during dev bug-testing playthroughs. Its not an answer, or fix, but an explanation is better than nothing. It at least allows you to work around the bug until its fixed.
