In order to purchase the Kasumi DLC I need bioware points. I entered all needed information, purchased the bioware points, and attempted to purchase the DLC when I was notified that my point balance was still zero. Sorry to bother, but is there a wait time before the points are added, or am I just out $10?

I would wait for one work day maximum, then send an eMail to support with the transaction details. They should be able to sort it out manually, if the system had a glitch.
