I have been getting renegade points in conversation, but my renegade bar is not increasing. It currently sits about halfway up the scale, and it won't budge.  I've recently gotten some large awards in dialogue (up to +9), but the bar still doesn't move.

On the other hand, I got a couple paragon points, and that bar went up normally.

Is this a known bug?
