Well, I'll admit that not having to muck around with the mako in future games was awesome. Driving around all these horrible terrains in a vehicle that, while good, is really not that great for some of the terrains, is kind of slow, horrible up mountains, etc - don't miss it in future games. One high point of them.

Says lousy terrain design to me, not lousy vehicle design.

I sure missed the Mako. There was nothing wrong with the terrains, climbing mountains was helluva lot of fun

The Mako makes for good "pu$$y gaming" aka ignore tough fights and just run away like a b1tch... Suits my gaming style, however, its handling sucked and took awhile to get a grasp of... Once I got the hang of it and learned it had a strong cannon, I liked it alot more than at first...
The Hammerhead sucked arse and the Firewalker missions were frustrating, confusing and annoying... I almost want to ask for my money back for the Firewalker DLC...

The mako was cool man! I loved going around blastin dudes with the cannon. I agree that at first its hard to get into the gameplay but after you get the hang of it, its awesome. By the 3rd or 4th playthrough it might be a bit annoying as there is nothing more to discover and explore but still it was pretty sweet exploring planets and going up mountains and lighting geth up from far away!
Now the hammerhead... that´s an abomination! Ugh God, the pain! Ugh
