Hello.
I made an account on bioware.com, logged in at Mass Effect 2 and typed in Cerberus code. In game I have activated Cerberus but when I log in on this page it's unactivated. When I try to activate code through page it says that this code is used! I use the SAME mail to log in at game and this site. HELP ME!

I think it doesn't help. I've noticed that in Profile->registered game promotions I've got 5 things to download. But they're not the same as in Cerberus For example, I don't have Kasumi, but I've got Normandy.



I hope you'll understand me because I don't speak english very well.

Kasumi DLC you have to pay for, it is not a free Cerberus Network one.

Oh yeah the purchasing options for thing you already have purchased keep showing up anyways. Just ignore them.
