Nah, I'm not crazy about it either, though on my current playthrough, I am giving it to Ash since she's the tank in the group (seems a tad less effective on squadmates anyway) but it makes no sense for my Infiltrator to have it, so I'm skipping Fitness entirely (seems to be the exact opposite talent line of what a Infiltrator should have IMO-- should have been a talent that ups damage by maybe draining power from your hard-suit, making you a bit squishier for the duration to compensate).

It took 33 hours from me to do Mass Effect as Infiltrator on normal, ended up to lvl 47. I think the playing time is more related how many side quest you do. I used a lot of time doing side quest and shoping around. Still did not get all gathering side quest done and also missed few quest totally.
