Depends on the individual, not the race. I didn't like Liara, but I thought Samara was awesome. Tali is adorable for her personality more than her physique.

I find the Asari unappealing really. Nothing's really interesting about them. They look too much like humans minus the tentacles and skin pigment. Liara bugged me from both games, Samara wasn't bad just a little too "righteous" for my tastes. The Quarians are all about tech and invented the Geth, plus everyone's favorite mystery, what do they look like under the suits. Maybe it's because I can relate to their love of tech and close family ties, but I'm with the Quarians. The Asari are just boring to me.

Quarians have other genes, asari use your genes only to randomize theirs.

Quarians, easily. Asari are just too bland. Plus I don't find the whole sculpted skin in place of hair to be sexy or appealing at all. They are the most boring and uninteresting race in the game. Quarians have better curves too.
