I downloaded three DLC updates; Kasumi, hammerhead, and the cerberus arc weapon.  I started a new game and played for a while.  Today, when I try to start the game, it tells me I can't load the saved game because Kasumi and the firewalker mission pack are missing.  I'm logged into the Cerberus Network with the correct account, and I know the DLC is installed. 

I had a similar problem with DA:O where it 'forgot' about my DLC and messed up my game.  If this is what I can expect with ME2 and other Bioware DLC products, I don't see much point in purchasing them.

Hmm reinstall kasumi and the other dlc and try entering the game offline (that means with no internet connection). Then post here what happened!

I was able to get back in yesterday once I reinstalled the listed DLC content, but same issue again this morning, except without any error message. I click on "Resume" and nothing happens. Can't load a saved game either.

Reinstalling the files allowed me to play, at least until the game locked up at the next loading screen. I swear, I'm never buying another Bioware game again. ME2 and DA:O are great games, if you can get them to run. I'm just sick of jumping through hoops to get them to.

2nd time locking up so far today. Can't get past the end of Kasumi's mission. Great.

Hmm it's not that. I haven't seen anyone having same problems as you.

You sure you played it with internet off. Just unplag the ethernet or the wi-fi antenna and enter the game again.



What you are saying doesn't make any sense. I can only think that Cerberus network is messing with your account. Maybe u got kasumi with a different account than the rest.



I am telling you,



1) Shut down the internet BEFORE you launch the game

2) Reinstall all packages

3) Enter game.



And then post what happened...

I have the EXACT same problems, except mine are with Kasumi and the Alternate Outfit Pack

It keeps telling me I don't have the content installed, but I do.

This has happened to a mate of mine. Here's what he did wrong:

A) He had obtained a pirate copy of certain DLC installers
He was using someone else's EA account
C) He was foolish enough to try to login to cerberus using said EA account

the result of the above 3 misnomers somehow managed to 'corrupt' (And I use that term VERY loosely) the base game files.

He fixed this by completely uninstalling the game, Reinstalling it, Running the game, Logging into cerberus, Exiting, Then installing the original DLC packs that he ended up buying, To save himself the stress.
