<----------------

Ain't she a cutie? She's the newest lovely lady in my arsenal of chars.  A witty, spritied lass of Fereldan she is. Born to nobility safely tucked away inside Highever Castle's walls, kid sister to Fergus, and apple of her parent's eyes.

Generous and kind hearted, but a rascal and trickster. Loves to escape, duck and dodge her father's guards to sneak about the town unoticed, thus she's the perfect rougish type.  Scrappy but keeps a cool head, and does well under pressure.

She seems to be a perfect fit for the description/background you gave her. That confident smile shows she is yet to meet a defeat, she can anything she wants - one way or another. I doubt she does well under pressure, as she's never been in such situation. :P

I like it! She's probably one of the most unique female avatars I've seen. And I'm partial to the Noble Rogue origin. I'm planning on making a male human Noble Rogue myself.

And what makes you think she's never been under pressure, smore006? Sure, the nobles have it easier than the commoners but that's not to say that they don't experience ANY sort of hardship, no matter how high of birth you are or how wealthy your parents, it'd be an unrealistic and an impossible feat.

Pressure is probably her biggest concern as a noble- expectations from family members to do well, be educated and well-rounded in combat and other talents of some sort. I imagined that my rogue, Leannan, became one partly because of the pressure from his family to go down the typical warrior path. In my mind warrior seems more conventional for a noble than rogue.

This seems like as good a time to ask as any if there's already a thread dedicated to exploring the RP-ing origins of your character, and if it was just buried due to unpopularity, or if I'm honestly just the first person to think that that might be a fun idea.

What makes you think she has? :)
I just shared my initial impression about the character. Also, i would like you to describe the 'hardships' a noble child had to experience in the middle ages... ;) Having all wishes fulfilled by the wealthy parents and an army of servants little more than slaves may seem like quite some hardship to a modern observer, but frankly, it's sort of hard to imagine any situation where a child of noble origin would experience any pressure.

Mind you, i didn't think about this when saying when writing my first post, i based that opinion on the character portrait only.

She looks gorgeous, do you plan to roleplay her as a Rivaini, or just caught great, great, great grandpa's skin gene? I made one of my human female nobles the illegitimate daughter of an Orelsian diplomat. She is awesome.

Very appealing, by which I mean not only in appearance, but in the sense that she looks and sounds like she'd be fun to guide through Thedas. Two thumbs up. I especially like the eyes and rounder chin.Image IPB

*please disregard the scary avatar to the left, he's not leering*Image IPB

*seriously, disregard the scary avatar, he's on the warpath in another thread*

WOW! I'm amazed at all the positive reviews. I know jack squat about tweaking faces, etc... I just move the sliders till something looks good, and plaster on a good harido and press enter lol

Now I know that there are very few black characters in Fereldan, so how can she be part of the Cousland family exactly?

It'd be illegtimate or something right? A halfsibling or something?

Well, keep doing what you're doing, because it's working. I think it's that smile, those pinchable little cheeks. She's cute, yet her expression makes her look like a real minx.
