I fail to see how it's like people complaining about free DLC at all. An incentive for me to pre-order was the Inferno Armour, by including it in this DLC you've just removed or devalued any incetive that I may have had to pre-order. People that are in a diferent region to me that were offered different items for pre-ordering are getting 3 items for the same price I'll have to pay for two items. If you say the Inferno Armour is a free addition then why aren't all the other pre-order items part of the package also?
Edit: Actually if the rest of the pre-order gear, sans Collector gear, had have been part of it I would have jumped at it. I think I'll give it a miss though.
So how would you feel about this DLC pack if inferno armor wasn't included?
Think about your answer carefully, then reread his post. Then consider what BioWare has already given for "free" as part of CN. There will always be those people who refuse to acknowledge the work on those DLCs was actually stand-alone and not just cut from the pie before being served.
Yes, that pizza drawing is dumb. All this crying over $2.

ageed...I think it still falls under my opinion that they are not necessary to beat the game and affect main story even though they are free.

You think they won't be coming along sometime? Pretty much everything Bio does for prerelease content ends up being released to the community at large in a few months.
If they end up doing that then I'll consider getting them all at the same time if the overall group of packages are worth it.

If this pack had the Terminus gear rather than the Inferno armour I would have picked it up but I would have understood why people with the Terminus gear would have been annoyed about it.
Simple solution....
Inferno Armour listed at 80 points
Two bits of head gear listed at 120 points
Combo pack of the 3 items listed a 160 points
I have no problem with buying the DLC I'm just not going to be buying something I already have

what if they got rid of inferno armor from the pack but left the price? would op not complain about it?
I wondered this myself, actually, and came to a conclusion that made me sad.

Tell me what is this free DLC you speak of? Clarifiy it.
I can read the legal disclaimers on the ME2 box and Cerberus Network card, clearly CN and the ensuing content can't be what you mean.
If you do mean that you might want to get in touch with EA Legal before responding.

I like the DLC armour, which is a good thing since Bioware sent these intimidating guys over to my house who threatened to annoy my dog until I paid for it.

What would you have preferred him to say there? Generally when I'm talking about stuff I don't have to pay for I find that "free" is a pretty useful way to refer to the stuff. Gets the point across, you know.
I'm sure you're trying to make some sort of point rather than just being pedantic. So what is the point?

Don't you just love it when people insist on posting while not actually adding to the conversation but just wanted to whine and carry on pretty much like all the people they are in fact complaining about.
People will buy whatever DLC is put out there go right ahead, I am personally skipping this one for the reason already stated. If people have a problem with someone not buying the DLC for the obvious reason "I already own the Inferno Armour.", I ask why is it such a concern of yours if someone doesn't happen to want to buy something they already own?
People will complain about having to pay for any DLC while I'm sure everyone would love all the DLC to be free but we've had quite a lot of stuff free already and even if you had to pay 1200 for the CN card cause you bought the game second hand you saved money on buying the game new and still got quite a lot of stuff for your 1200 points
Selling the pre order armours is a good idea, people got it for free some people missed out. Why complain now if you got the armour for free months ago that someone is getting the chance to use it if they are willing to pay for it. The only people who can really complain about this are those who paid stupid prices for it off eBay and well if they had that much many to throw away then 160 points shouldn't mean anything to them.
