New Mass Effect 2 DLC is now on sale for both the PC and the Xbx 360, the new Equilzer Pack. The Equilizer Pack contains the Archon Visor, the Capacitor Helmet and the Inferno Armor and is available for 160 Microsoft or BioWare Points.

Cerberus doesn’t just need a hero – they need a one-man army. That’s why the Equalizer Pack adds the Capacitor Helmet, Archon Visor, and Inferno Armor to Shepard’s armor locker.  The Capacitor Helmet stores power for kinetic barriers, allowing Shepard’s shields to recharge faster.  The Archon Visor manages omni-tools and biotic amps, reducing the recharge time of Shepard’s powers.  The powered Inferno Armor speeds up Shepard’s movements and increases his tech and biotic power damage, additionally stress analysis software even gives him an edge in negotiations outside of combat.  The Equalizer -- when the armor goes on, the gloves come off.

You can learn the item bonuses and see new screenshots for the new items on the Mass Effect 2 website here: http://masseffect.bi...e.com/info/dlc/.

Reason why I probably won't buy

Why should Inferno owners pay the same amount?

Nice. I like the headgear very much and the Inferno Armor is cool 2.

Any info on the incisor rifle being released anytime soon?

LAME!!

This.

If they want to make Armor's/weapons that were pre-order bonuses available, make them seperate and make them paid so us who paid for them don't get ripped off.
Would it have been that much effort to add a new suit of armor in?
I am dissapoint.

Oh, wait, so "on sale" doesn't mean "a sale". Too bad for me! I guess I won't be buying any of this overpriced swill after all. Nice try, though.

Also: thanks for charging money for something that a good deal of players already have.  Man, BioWare sure have been doing a bang-up job lately, huh?  Expensive DLC that adds worthless content to the game, contests that are nothing more than poorly-disguised ways to harvest marketing data... want me to just hand you over my bank account and the deed to my house?  Subhuman pieces of trash.

Silly indeed that I have to pay for the Inferno Armour again if I already own it. Then it's just two helmets I'll probably use once for the laughs. Should've been free, BioWare.

I certainly applaud more DLC, it keeps me going back to the game, but this? If you're going to ask money for armour, make it some decent helmetless armour instead.

Don't we have enough helmets already with Dr. Pepper promo anyway? How about more bodies or something.

That headgear just looks ridiculous not to mention the price. Why would I pay for new armor when I was getting new armor for free a couple of months ago? It doesn't add any value to the game. I'll pass just like I passed on the alternative appearance pack.

I want the one that lets me pay money for every bullet I fire at my enemies and every dialogue option I choose.

Really sad that I would have to buy the inferno armor again. There really should be an option to not include it for a lesser price, or give us the option of getting the terminus armor for those of us who didn't pre-order from Gamestop. I probably won't be grabbing this as I have enough helmets already, and it's not worth the price to get the same armor that I already have as well.

I'm not going to lie: if I was in EA's head office right now, I'd systematically disembowel every single person in it, then urinate and defecate on them as they bled out.

if this included the Terminus Armor too with that new heavy gun, then I could see it being worth it.

Don't blame BioWare for this ****ty post-game dlc politics. I don't think they have much say in this. It's EA and their draconian greed that's to blame.

Oh well, I just hope this wasn't "the big dlc news". Guess we will have to wait till' tommorow.

If this is the future for dlc for such a great game, then stop failing and focus on ME3.

I still retain slight hope of a mission pack sometime. I blame EA. And pokemans.

Yeah, EA are the cause of Global warming too,
You guys are naaive. BioWare can make its owns decisions. EA won't get rid of them over 1 set of DLC.
Blame it on EA if it makes you feel better.

No this was it....but on the other hand i would not call this a DLC. It so tiny.
