The visor looks like a batarian walrus and the helmet conjures up "Mouth of Sauron" imagery.

You should really change the damned thread title. Proper vernacular would be "for sale". On sale has other implications.

I was expecting more background DLC from the hype in the what's coming post it sounded like they were going to continue the game in areas I am desparately waiting for. (Liara my signicant other ... etc ... or ... at lesat she was before her obsession with the shadow broker)

Why does BW insist on covering Shepherd's face. I was told during the game's development that the eyes of the characters had been extensively detailed yet every armor dlc has a helmet. Also why does Jack and Thane have those repulsive glasses in the Alternate Appearance pack if the eyes were a point of emphasis.

Thane's is the only alternate appearance I can stomach. The glasses are fairly over the top but I can deal with over the top. Jack's glasses are just hideous. And Garrus' armor... There's a reason why his armor remained busted all to hell. Also the only colour scheme I can stand is the default anyway, the third is even worse than the loyalty colours.

PLus am I the only one that thought the Kasumi mission was lame. (spoilers) There is no sneaking around, you just hack a terminal and then start shooting. I wanted some espionage elements like sneak attacks for shepherd and silenced weapons.

So it's an armor I already have and then some more helmets to cover Shepard's face. When the community actually have been asking for a way to toggle off helmets so that we can see Shepard's face in conversations etc.

Who designed the Dr. Pepper DLC items? Because they're the best headgear in the game.



If it was somebody at Dr. Pepper I think you guys should hire them full time!

Seriously, has anyone ever mentioned like a silenced sub machine gun for the players favoring stealth and the infiltrator class. The locust with a silencer on it would be sick.

I'm upset about it as well.  I think the pre-order/collector content should be sold seperately, but so soon after release and bundled with other crap to basically poop on people who pre-ordered? not right.

Huh, don't know what to think about this one. The alt. appearance pack was neat (i didn't buy it) and I liked how they listened and corrected the garrus outfit. But it wasn't enough to make me want to buy it... well it wasn't enough to compensate for the sunglasses on jack and thane.

However, since I can't find the Inferno Armor for less than $10 on ebay (and usually never that cheap) this is a good buy for me, so I'll be getting it. However, if I'd already owned the Inferno armor, I'd be unhappy.

Not too unhappy. 2 bucks isn't anything much for two helmets and an armor. Perhaps if they let those that already own Inferno, transfer their armor code...

I'll get it because it's cheap and more of what i want compared to the alt. appearance pack. But it really is only for the inferno armor. I already have Dr.Pepper codes that seem to do similar to these helmets?

I own the Collector's edition and I have every piece of DLC except for the Incisor and frankly I don't care if they start selling any more of the DLC I already own and I wouldn't have had an issue with the Inferno Armor if it wasn't packed in with other DLC I don't have.

In the future I just hope they don't include DLC people already own packed in with new DLC.

The gotcha on the new inferno armor? it allows for customization.(eg you can use all the other armor parts on it...ala the base armor)



Sadly pure speculation/hope on my part...Big fat meh so far on paid DLC for this game.

Agreed.  I even bought Dragon Age just for the blood armor! (thankfull its a great game on its own merits!)

is this how bioware is going to compete with the halo reach beta? that thing is kick ass and until they come out with DLC that makes the game worthwhile to replay the only disk that will be in my 360 is the ODST disk
