Jesus Christ!!!!!! it's 2 FREAKING DOLLARS!!!!! What the hell people, get over it.

For 2 dollars I bought Team Fortress 2.

TEAM FORTRESS 2!!!!!!!!!!!!

That just means you waited.  When TF2 was released, I bought the Orange Box on the first day with TF2, Portal, and HL:EP2.  It was $50 and worth every penny.

I probably won't bother with this DLC unless I've some excess points to spend later, the armour that came with the base game is quite sufficient for my needs.

Doesn't mean I'm going to start whining about them charging the price of a fish supper for something you're not required to buy if you don't like it either :).

I do wish that they'd release the armour that Shepard was wearing in the prologue (the ME1 Onyx medium armour) for those of us that don't like the bulkier default suit on their PC.

As i alluded to earlier, you can expect a DLC announcement for something larger next week. Trust me, we're very focused on supporting ME2 with DLC. Micro-content packs are not the only things we're doing.

Most excellent.

People, its just two dollars, for a set of rather good equipment. If you don't like it, don't buy it.

Thank you. I apologize for feeling malice toward your company. And sorry about the dynamite.

sorry the 3 items in DLC is not worth the price tag, And we haven't getting any thing for free in a while ether so it might be a good idea to free this DLC so your customers well buy the next one. I normally do buy the next DLC after a free DLC. but that's just me.

I think some people got confused, the headline wasn't "What's on Horizon" it was "What's on the  Horizon."
Simple mistake.Image IPB

Wow people like to complain that there is no dlc but when they put something out they complain even more. Look the money you pay for the dlc is probably going to good uses. The way I see it is that the two dollars we spend goes to future dlc and future games they are developing. Games have become very expensive to make and to make sure the development goes smoothly they need to hire more people on board. Some game companies have reported before that if they need to make production budget back they need to sell at least 1 million copies of a game. Now we know Mass Effect 2 has done that but they still needed to make dlc and also start heading into production for the third game. That means they need two teams of people. That two dollars helps pay those developers and also pay the voice actors as well. So stop complaining and look at the positive side. Plus he said there is some big things on the way and they are listening to us.

Yes!

EDIT: If another DLC is to come out, we would have to wait until at least June, as the XBL lineup was officially announced for the rest of May.  Notable is the New DA:O DLC.

Interesting. The lit'tle DLC packlet costs two dollars. TWO DOLLARS, and people are opposing its worth and its "price tag". If your budget is so low that you have to complain about spending two lousy dollars, than I pity you.

I can see why those who pre-ordered the game are irritated though; they practically pre-ordered Mass Effect 2 for nothing. That's a pretty lousy move on Bioware's part, I agree. I'm glad they released the armor to players who are willing to buy the pack, but they honestly should've just created a new suit.

Come on, Bioware. It's not that hard. A new suit. Now you've got some angry fans to deal with.

We might not have to wait till June - If it is going to be released over the cerberus network then it wouldn't be on that list.

If it is as big as Gamble is alluding to, I think that we would have to.  Kasumi was announced a month before it was released right?  It was a rumor since the game was released, and so has this little Liara DLC...

Still, what's with the capital H?
And why then there is this line saying "except from the Collectors abducting colonists?"

I have no problem with preorder items getting released as DLC, but please do so seperately...

I really don't want to rebuy stuff I already have just to get other items.

I thought it was just a very very bad pun/joke.

Oh, wait, so "on sale" doesn't mean "a sale". Too bad for me! I guess I won't be buying any of this overpriced swill after all. Nice try, though.

Also: thanks for charging money for something that a good deal of players already have.  Man, BioWare sure have been doing a bang-up job lately, huh?  Expensive DLC that adds worthless content to the game, contests that are nothing more than poorly-disguised ways to harvest marketing data... want me to just hand you over my bank account and the deed to my house?  Subhuman pieces of trash.

+1. Not much else to say except patch the ****ing games already.

I haven't bought it because I already have inferno armor. Sorry Bioware, I'm saving my 70 bucks for Red Dead Redemption.
