I think I'll stay loyal
Anyone else care to share their romances and why?

Tali and Miranda are basically asking for you and Jack....well I don't like shaven girls. She is gonna be pissed but after Horizon I really don't care.

Myself, my 'canon' run is no romance -> Garrus. I've done all the ME1 romances and didn't really care too much, but my romance-less save had the decisions that I wanted to import. And then...Garrus. I liked him from ME1 (got his ally achievement by accident), was psyched to have a go with him in ME2.

And I have yet to make a playthrough where Ashley survives Virmire. But that's just my opinion, no need to go spreading it around.

Liara, a case can be made either way.

It's not about making several characters so you can get the best outcome, I'm talking about what is the best choice in one playthrough.Daewan wrote...
Uh... you have space, right? Make more characters. That way you get the experience and you can still have one loyal whosywhatsit.

Well I think she doesn't want a relationship because all of her dialog was essentially "shadow broker shadow broker shadow broker" without any thought that Shepard was right in front of her.Lemonwizard wrote...

Anyway I have a playthrough where I don't romance an ME1 character.

I agree. Create different Shepards and replay the games. They're awesome games, anyway, so worth the replays.

And I hope you are right about the more dialogue. (But not more from your LI rewarding you for being faithful?)

Hmm, do I stay with the chick who marks me as a traitor to the Alliance, or do I start off fresh with the Quarian who always has my back?

Sorry Ash, your picture has been shelved.
Just did that only with Miranda. She may be a Cerberus cheerleader as Jack says but she doesn't question your motives as to why you've joined up with the group.

I want to go back to ME1 and set something up so I'll be cheating but I can't really get into it. Ash was my LI in most of my ME1 games so I feel like I'm cheating (as in cheating the game, not the relationship) when I'm free in ME2.
