Ashley is dead in my game and never to return! Thank God for Virmire! I hated Ashley. My Shepard's love is Miranda and will always be Miranda.

What bothers me is that it's NOT CHEATING. If you don't see your ex for two years, and then they yell at you and call you a traitor when they see you, and you proceed to have sex with someone else, you've done literally nothing wrong.

I'm not going to argue the whole cheating/not cheating, but casedawgz it wasn't 2 years for Shepard. It has been maybe what, a couple months? for Shepard.

My theory is that if you cheat (or should I say "move on") on your ME1 love interest then maybe ME3 will force you to stay with your ME2 love interest. It would make sense. It would be ridiculous for Ashley/Kaidan/Liara to be upset with Shepard for moving on when they basically treated him/her like trash (especially Ashley and Kaidan). Hopefully, things won't get violent when they find out that the relationship is over.

It was two years for Ashley. She had no claim on Shepard, especially after the reunion.

You can cheat only if you are in a relationship. There's no such thing.

My Daisy Shepard romanced Thane. :wub:She was not interested in any of the ME1 characters and the other ME2 LI were not good substitutes. I wanted Jacob and Garrus to be friends only.  I liked the idea of Yeoman Chambers as a LI, but I did not unlock the LI achievement and her relationship with Chambers is likely not to carry over into ME3.

Daisy is not the kind of Shepard that betrays a relationship.  I am not sure though what would happen if Thane dies though. ......

That would be the best. All LI's should return. Thane, Jack, Jacob, Miranda, Tali, Garrus. Unless they died.

And Ashley, Kaidan and Liara. They are LI's as well especially if you ... did not pursue a relationship with someone else in ME2 (I didn't say cheat!). And in Liara's case she is the only one that absolutely cannot die.

Shepard was dead for two years. She and Kaidan broke up the instant she died. He was beginning to move on, which is to be expected. She's free to pursue her true love (Garrus!! <3<3<3), and happily does so since she never got the chance to confess her attraction prior to her death.

Are you talking about cheat codes for a romances? Because that's the only cheating I know of mass effect.
