I cant enter the Chantry to speak with Genitivi in Denerim to continue the quest. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

hes not in the chantry, you can find his house near the south, check your map

Some of the pressure plates light up 2 sections. Use 3 characters to light up what you need and the 4th one to advance on the bridge. I suggest mapping out what each square does and plan ahead.
