I'm a little confused on this so any help would be welcome. Also once I am able to get on the cerberus network on the PC will I be able to download DLC I paid for on the xbox 360. Thanks.
Will the cerberus network card I used on the 360 work for the PC too or do I have to use the card that came with the PC version in order to access the cerberus network?

Cerberus key only work for PC or XBox360, but you can activate both on the same account to get access to the Cerberus content on both platforms. Paid DLC like Kasumi are also only available on the platform you bought it for.
