I get an occasional freeze during and after dialogue and also on acquiring an achievement. Frequently, hitting ctrl+alt+del, opening the task manager, and then simply returning focus to the game will alleviate this freeze. Occasionally, the game remains entirely non-responsive. I think I've experienced the memory leak issue, though I'm not certain, due to stutter and slowdown occurring at bizarre times.
This has not been gamebreaking, but very annoying (necessitating obsessive-compulsive saving, not that I wasn't doing that already). I would recommend to anyone experiencing similar crashes to turn off intro cinematics in the config, it'll save hours of your life eventually
I'm posting here because aside from a forum post elsewhere on the web that listed this bug as having no fix, I've seen nothing about this in the official support.
