I've beaten ME2 quite a few times on XBOX, and now that I've got me a PC copy I thought I'd mod it a little.
What I have in mind is edditing my save-game after Freedom's Progress to enable Legion and all Dossiers from the start. I know it's been done, but I have a question - won't doing so screw up the late game? I.e.:
a) if I finish e.g. Thane recruitment first does the mission appear again later on after talking to illusive man or does the game correctly acknowledges that it's been done?
is bringing Legion to the IFF mission gonna make the game divide by zero or something and crash, or can I proceed and "recruit" him again and then decide whether or not to activate him?
