When i got back to Athras i had to lie, saying she died of the curse rather than me saying i killed her.
What was your most disturbing scene?

That would have to be meeting Hespith. I felt a peculiar mixture of loathing, anger and pity during that conversation which really chilled me to the bone.
Yes, that would be the most disturbing part of the game for me. But also, i think it was one of the best due to the feelings it evoked. Hespith provided great buildup by giving you information, but not too much as to ruin the surprise.

I've got one that I think not many people notice, but I was playing around with dialogue options and combinations in Redcliffe.
If you're playing a mage character that enters the Fade to rescue Connor in Redcliffe, you can threaten the Desire Demon possessing him and compel a service. One of those services is sexual in nature. I might be extrapolating too much, but I thought it disturbing that the "hero" can receive sex by threatening violence.

Hespith, broodmothers, The Mother, yeah, all those are pretty near the top if not it.

Yeah, the VA did a good job for that. I was genuinely creeped out and scared first playthrough. And it was on my female dwarf >:|

I like that part too. You don't want to get on Sandal's bad side.

Giving Alistair Duncan's Shield -- I have no problem with men showing emotion but good God, playing that scene as a male is a little uncomfortable.
Alistair being over emotional in general is disturbing.

And the scene finding that mad dwarf that his mother is looking for was really sad and creepy.

Wait, what? When does the campsite get attacked? What?

Sacrificing Isolde was a bit disturbing too the first time I saw it.
On the other hand, siding with the werewolves was more awesome than disturbing. Maybe the game has screwed me up a bit. I bullied the Dalish and then slaughtered them. For fun. Not a typical hero, that Warden.

What Arl Howe says about killing the Teyrna, in the dungeon just before you kill him (HN origin)......chilling.
When Tallin shows up at camp--after you think he's dead.
Enchantment.....Enchantment! I always wonder what happened to Bodhain.
Hespith
Trying to make it out of fort Drakon on your own.
The Deep Roads...DN origin story. There's a place where I can't find the way out....REALLY CHILLING! Can't stand the thought of being trapped under all that rock.
