The title says it all. Who do you think would win in a fight between a krogan and an elite from Halo? I vote for the elite. He has an energy sword, the same strength as a krogan, and is way more agile.

Krogan, how do you know a Elite is as strong as a Krogan? A energy sword is useless from a distance, and Krogan are best at close quaters fighting who's to say they wouldnt turn the energy sword on the Elite? Some Krogan have biotics like Wrex. Elite strike me as more simillar to Turians than Krogan.

Elites are similar in strength to Spartan II's which even before augmentation are able to kill a grown man in a single punch. Elites can also cloak and I'm pretty sure If you're carrying around a sword then you must know something about CQC. Plus most krogans carry around a shotgun which isn't much help at a distance either. If an elite can take down a brute they should have no problem with a krogan. Biotics does bring up a problem but I figure they would adapt to it plus krogan biotics are rare and would only be a problem when fighting a battlemaster.

Probably, but I've been playing the Reach beta all day and I never really liked brutes or Turians with Garrus as the only acception. I've always thought turians were equal to a regular human soldier while a single elite is worth an entire squad.Funkcase wrote...

Depends! Wrex>arby>grunt>Krogan>elite, Ellites are hardly Nything special. How can u compare them to a Spartan, MC and co. Destroy elites in both the books and the movies, and the sgt from Halo wars is able to kill the old arbiter. Ellites are pretty big, but krogan are way bigger.

MC vs Shepard? Highly engineered supersoldier vs Highly trained soldier recently raised from the dead? Odds in favor of MC, but Shepard can have powerful biotic abilities that could tip the edge in his favor.
Odds in favor for Krogan in krogan vs elite, Elites are closer to turians if anything, and krogan were able to take on turians very well and are able to regenerate and recover from injuries faster.

Shepard ends the Masterchief, ME level kinetic barriers are much tougher than anything elites are packing, which even MC seems to have trouble with.

I believe it's stated in The Fall of Reach that Elites are as strong as MC, and I'd be willing to be the Chief could take a krogan in a fist fight. Maybe not Wrex or Grunt, but the average krogan is a sissy.

No, because Turians aren't vastly physically superior to humans in combat. A regular human doesn't stand a chance against an Elite.
Elites are agile, smart, they have quick reflexes, and can lift an adult human male off of the ground with one arm quite easily.
But, an Elite against a Krogan, I don't know.
It depends.
If the Elite has a plasma sword, I think he'd be able to win.
If they're both going at it with no weapons, I seen no way for an Elite to win that battle.
Master Chief vs. Shepard...Depends on whether or not Shepard is a biotic

If were letting them have any weapons they want, MC wins. Cain vs Spartan laser? Spartan Laser wins, it has a faster charging time.

Well the Brutes were sadly completely nerfed from their first appearance in (I think) Halo First Strike... In that they beat the **** out a Spartan chick, soaked up bullets without flinching, and it took detonating the nuke reactor on a dead spartan's suit to take down the brutes that were chasing them.

I think the Elites have a far chance a beating a Krogan. Its already been established that Elites are strong, how strong I don't know, but in the FoR a elite gave MC a run for his money on a space station. Also the Elites are 10x smarter than the average Krogan, and would have reflex's on their side. So I guess it boils down to if the Elites is fast enough or if the Krogans brute strength proves superior.

i have to say an elite would win because of the following:
they have better sheilds, plasma rifles, energy swords(energy so condenced its a solid) grenades the can melt titanium and dimond what the ships of mass effects armor is made of plus their ships are tecnologicly superiour in every way firstly the ships have strong shilds stonger then mass effect, they can aim balls of plasma and guide them like heat seeking missles and their ships can survive blasts from nukes and thats the smallest warships that can ex: a corvette not the capital ships or carries whitch are bigger then reapers and far faster they make precison jumps in gravity wells too. and that was just their technology not thair phisical strength they can flip heavy battle tanks like it weighs nothing 10x stronger then human.and humans are just as strong as turiansand yes i love mass effect favoret games except for me3 endings the elites have tech and strength over them. so that means they would win and turians would lose.
