I play the entire game on Hardcore and there is no Geth Pulse Rifle to be found (Grunt can't equip it at that armory in the mission itself anyway). What's up with that?

I saw it on the floor by the Geth bodies the moment you open the door to the room Tali is in, should be right there in front of you at the end of the mission.
