Alright guys, heres my problem, i don't know if someone has posted this message already, atleast didn't find any. Heres my problem: when i log onto this page and go to: profile-> your registered game promotions, it opens normally, now i can download all my ME 2 armor expansions and such, but on Dragon age there is no "Download" link, just -----, do i need to complete the game to get the armor or what? I have redeemed the code. There is just simply no link to download it on my promotions page. Please ask if you need further info about the problem.

oh, and when i play DA, it says often "Unable to connect dragon age servers", my network is working just fine, is the problem my firewall or something?

You DL it from the Downlaodable Content tab in-game.
If you need to install it manually, you can get the file Here (link towards the bottom of the page).
As for the connection issues, yes, check your firewall and router settings. That may not solve it (I had that error for a while, then it mysteriously cleared up), but it's a good starting point. Post back if you can't get it resolved.

okay thanks alot! i can't download it ingame downloadable content, as the page is blank and does not show any downloadable content that is the reason why i need to manually install, doing it currently, hope it works, thanks alot for your help!

alright, it ain't working yet, when i go to downloaded content it says "unauthorized for this content" or something like that, i have redeemed the code on this account, what is wrong now?

Same thing that stopped the DLC from showing up on the download tab. Something (firewall, ISP, router, I dunno) is blocking DA from reaching the servers to authorize your DLC. Or your DAupdater.exe isn't running.

I have the same issue with all the DLs that i got from buying bioware points. this sucks. i just spent 20 bucks and i have no idea how to download it.

can somewane help me i removed dragon age in my computer and when i installed it one day and logged in to my accaunt my blood dragon armor and return to ostagor dlc had disapered and it also shows that my wardens keep and stone prisoner is in availeble content window but i have already buy them both in that accaunt please help !
