Hi all
I've looked on the forums for this problem, and none have helped.
I have an ATi Radeon HD 4600 series graphics card.
The jagged edges and blurry cut scenes are the issue.
The hotfix for the crossfire doesn't work.
The renaming of the exe from MassEffect to UT3 stopps my play button and configuration botton working on the launcher.
AA cannot be forced through the CCC.
So I was thinking back to Mass Effect 1 and I remember vaguely a fix for this reguarding the ini file.Depth of field and bloom being involved in the fix.
So can anyone help?
Getting rid of Jagged Edges?AA?

I had the same problem, as far as I know there is no fix to correct the cutscenes. About jagged edges, I saw somewhere that ME2 AA is somehow bugged, using a program like nhancer may correct the issue by forcing AA it did weork for me at least.

Nhancer is Nvidia right? It's not necessary to use that anymore because forcing AA is possible in the latest Nvidia drivers. Don't know about ATI though.

Nhancer is for Nvidia cards isn't it?I've not tried to put the drivers onto my ati card as I wasn't sure it would work.

nHancer is for Nvidia cards, you can use the ATI Crossfire Extension tool if you want to force certain settings like AA/AF. I'll pm you the link

It doesn't seem to work, unless I have the wrong settings somewhere?I got the ccc 10.4 the most recent driver and the hotfix. Not sure about that CF extention or if I have to do anything else on my CCC?Like the catalyst Ai?Or do I need a profile to load?Got the CCC to use application settings as stated in the XF help also.

Uninstalled all drivers and cc and reinstasted just the Ati mass effect 2 fix and still no luck!
I still get jagged edges, vertical ones.If I remember right I fixed this bug in me1 by changing the angle of these lines somehow. It was an application with a wheel to change some sort of filter...any idea's anyone?

Tried installing the 10.04 driver without the ME2 fix? To my knowledge this hotfix is a complete, rather old driver package. On my system, using only the 10.04 driver, enabling AA works.

@ Smuzzle
Don't use the launcher, use UT3.exe itself to launch the game. That works for me.
