I've just gone to order a dragon age desktop sword (AKA letter opener)
However, before i get to the checkout it gives me an "estimated" shipping cost which is a Domestic Standard Rate. The next screen then asks me for my bank details.
As i'm in the UK, i will be expecting to be charged an Overseas Rate.
How do i find out what that the FINAL cost is going to be BEFORE i put in my personal payment details?
"estimated" shipping?

Hi FlashMonkey,
I also order from the UK. For some reason, you can't see the International shipping costs until you've entered your Payment details and then proceeded to the Review and Submit screen. At the Review and Submit section you will be given a choice of shipping methods - XPO Air International or XPO International Parcel. You can back out of the order at anytime (so long as you don't press the submit button!!
I think Bioware will save your payment details for any future purchases you want to make so you don't need to enter them again.
I've created a sample order so you can get an idea of prices without putting in your details. I've quoted for 1 Grey Warden sword by itself and anotherorder with both the Grey Warden and Darkspawn sword. I've used the cheapest international shipping method (XPO Air International) for both. The other shipping method, XPO International Parcel, seems to stay at $25 despite whether there are 2 swords in your order or not.
Tax will be $0.00 because you're buying from overseas. Then it's just a matter of converting USD to Pound and adding the usual Import Tax (VAT) and International Handling Fees (Royal Mail will typically charge £8.00) to the final cost.

We've just updated our shipping method to the UK and Canada. There will only be one option available which will start at $13.00 and increase based on weight. This will be the faster trackable option as we've been able to reduce our shipping costs and can pass it on to you.
