You are including all 12 (13) digits?

Make extra sure you aren't confusing O with 0 or even 8 with B.  I know when I input my DA:O code last night, I read a B as an 8 with the font they use it's pretty easy to do.

I have the same problem, the game just says that my code is invalid and Im 100% that I wrote the code right. Oh and by the way my game is new.

Well, here's a fun thing that happened with me; I entered in the 12-digit code on the back of the Cerberus Network card, and it said invalid code, whereas when I tried putting in the 16-digit code on the back of the manual, it said "this code is already in use"

Which seems to imply that the Cerberus Network code is missing 4 digits
