How can I tell if the version of the game I'm running is the latest one or not?  

I know there's the service supposed to run in the background, taking care of all that.  But I want to see a version number, a "downloading updates now" progress box, something along those lines.

The updater app has no information in it, and I have found no options in my poking about.


... anything?

you can go to the folder where you installed the game (example: C:\\program files\\Dragon Age) and then find the "bin_ship" folder and run the "daupdater.exe" program... the log will tell you the version info
