Totally addicted, thankfully the game crashes after a couple hours though, otherwise i'd be playing 10+ hours straight.
Seeing the good in bad ;)

I played it non-stop for 2 months, only taking a break to play through ME2 with Firewalker and Kasumi.

I just got the Witcher (which is now crashing at a certain point so I can't play it, yay) and Just Cause 2 (which is absolutely amazing).. Even though I can tell I am about as sick of DA:O as I can get, and I am loving my two new games, I STILL constantly think about Dragon Age lol.

Four complete playthroughs (2 EMF, 1 HNF, 1 CEF), one that only has the Archdemon left (EMF), three current partials (DEF, HNF, DNF), and some assortment of deleted partials.

So, no.  :P

This game is seriously addicting. I've got over 200 hours so far (thank you Steam for making me aware what a game junkie I am) and I see no end in sight. Four complete playthroughs of Origins, two of Awakenings, and I still have several characters I want to play. Part of it is the damn achievements, I am driven to get them (got the 25 trap one finally last night lol).

I've got Witcher and Bioshock installed and haven't touched either, when I needed a break from DA I played ME2 again with Kasumi and went right back to DA lol.

I have ~35 full days tied up in this game and that's just playing. I can't imagine what the totals look like if you would add in the time I spend here and the time committed to writing.

For some reason, I have the sudden urge to look under beds and in closets to make sure I don't have any children or small animals that I should have been minding all these months.

So many playthroughs I can't count anymore. So many characters left in Lothering and then deleted because they weren't "right."

I, too, can't seem to make those decisions that would get the the last achievement awards. I've yet to kill the elves, taint the ashes, or let Alistair be executed after the Landsmeet....I can't seem to leave Sten in the cage or the dog in the kennel even though I seldom use them...

I've played a number of Awakenings characters through to the end.

I get up an hour early in the mornings so I can get an hour in before I go to work.

I've pretty much lived in Ferelden for the past 5 months...but I'm not addicted.

Been playing Origins since Dec 2009 (Awakenings since Mar 2010) and have not played any other game since. Completed 7 play-throughs and am on my 8th, spending 80+ hours on each. Have yet to play a Dwarf so I can see a few more play-throughs yet to come. As soon as I finish a campaign, I immediately start a new one. I'm already thinking ahead which new character I'm going to play and sort of mapped out how it will end.

Addicted?? Hmmmm . . . . maybe?

And let me guess . . . you rush home right after work to play a bit before supper.  Wolf down your meal then play for another 4-5 hours before going to bed.

Been there, still doing that!  Posted Image

Played it ten times back to back.
I am taking a break to play ME2 and hoping they managed to fix the broken stuff in Awakening by the time I return to it.

And I have the opposite problem - I Posted Image Loghain so much, Alistair never makes it past Landsmeet. The Redeemer ending makes me get a bit sniffly too.

If you're having problems with that just harden him and marry him off to Anora and he'll be fine.

Umm well...let's say I have a dozen of other games lying here waiting to be played...and waiting and waiting...

I have DA since mid-November and since then I have yet to play another game again. I only took a little break of it to play ME2 in march -- only to return to DA two weeks later and I play it ever since. My friends on XBL must think I haven't another game anymore ...and to be honest I could sell all the other ones without missing them . But addicted me? No no no no OF COURSE NOT

I've played it (almost straight) now for 80 days, 250 hours with 4 completed DA:O playthroughs and have yet to play a male Warden, complete a city elf and Dwarf playthrough. So there are lots and lots more of hours to come.

Not to mention my +60000 words FF which will most likely reach novel-length by its end, and I'm constantly plotting for.:wizard:

So move along ...nothing to see here

Why wolf down your meal? I just eat at the computer if I'm playing a game I'm hooked on, DA:O or not. Of course, my meals are usually pretty simple and I don't have to worry about a lot of mess around the desk. :P

I have got to do an evil playthough and do all those things I won't do otherwise.  I've tried a couple of times to do it.....but I get there, and just can't.

I'm highly addicted to this game. I have 9 playthroughs of Origins completed 7 on Xbox and 2 on the PC. That's 4 Mages (3 of which have been Arcane Warriors), 3 Human Nobles, 1 Dwarf Noble, and a City Elf. I've completed Awakenings three times. I currently have 4 characters mid campaign in Origins: A Dwarf Noble, a City Elf, a Dalish Elf and a Dwarf Commoner. I also have two characters mid campaign in Awakenings, waiting for it to be patched.

I just finished a playthrough like that...it was hard. Killed Wynne, killed the Dalish, saved Loghain, let Alistair be executed. I felt like such a horrible person by the end

Noooooo....that would be worse.  On my first playthrough I managed to convince him to marry her and then stopped before Landsmeet.  I wasn't romancing him that run but I still couldn't make him do it.   It'd be like being married to an anaconda.  Anora gives me the serious shivers...she's scarier than Flemeth.

Anora is not scary. She's just a scheming, backstabbing, power hungry, politician; you know, a US congressman. Once she gets her power and is convinced that no one threatens her, she's as gentle as a kitten.
