With Anders, it would be like the romance with Alistair but with less angst and more.. um.. naughty?

With Nathaniel, dark, broody, sexy.

With Sigrun... well, actually I like Sigrun because I think she's a lot like me, so maybe we can just hang out together and be awesome. I need some new friends.

I don't think I'd romance anyone...I've played it as a HN and as a DN and my HN was married while my DN spent most of the time complaining that she wanted to get back to Orzammar and her House was probably plotting her death again and the rest of the time gushing over Kal'Hirol.

If I didn't romance Alistair in DA:O, I'd probably romance Anders. And if I was playing a Noble who didn't romance Ali, I'd romance Nathaniel. Oh the delicious drama lol

Hm... Even if none of my Wardens that would carry over into Awakening weren't "taken," I'm not sure I would romance anybody in Awakening. I liked the companions, but none of them strike me as romananceable to my tastes. *Shrug*

None of my toons would bang the Awakenings characters. Hrmm. How sad. Oh well!

I'd romance Velanna, but I'd need a dramatically different story arc.  Basically, that Velanna starts to seriously question her racism of humans and has a bit of a breakdown at the realization she's attracted to a human/dwarf/city elf.  A seperate plot would have to be added for a Daleish where she's ashamed of the fact she's an outcast.

But yes, I'd also add the fact that Nathaniel Howe is also attracted to her for some drama.  You can talk to Nathaniel about it and handle it in a civilized manner or actually get into a duel with him over it.  Depending on how you encourage the plotline, Nathaniel might back away from Velanna or actually pursue her based on your advice.  It would be in reverse for a female romancing Arl Howe.

I think it'd be an extremely cool storyline and a lot more varied than what we got in the story.

Well if I weren't talking about my characters I'd still have to say none because I couldn't get past the fact that they aren't actually real so that's not any better...

Romancing Nathaniel as the Warden that killed his father would be complicated, but I don't mind. He's just hot and dark and squee-worthy.

Anders would also be great, I seriously don't understand why they wrote such an amazing character without the possibility to romance him.

I would also like to romance Sigrun. I already imagine that she and my Cousland share mutual girlcrushes, and I'd create a dude PC just for her.
