Okay, So i can post in some of the forums, but not all of them. I cant even leave my reply in some things.
For example, I try to post who I thought my favortie Mass Effect Character was...... and all I got was you are not allowed to post.
And I'm like "Why not?"
So my question is....... Why not?

Some fora require you to register your game(s) before you can post.

Locked topics say "you're not allowd to post" and have a little lock on the topic icon. If you want to know why they usually post why it was locked, if not you could PM the mod/staff who locked it.

Drifting into off-topicness is the primary cause, but as Anexity said they usually specify why.
