I didn't purchase a used copy of the game, because of the extra content, but I could not get it! I spent hours with tech support and all they said was "our engineers are working on the problem, you are going to have to wait!". That's BS if you ask me! now, the code we got was supposed to be good till april the 30th, which is long gone by now. What are we supposed to do now?
So April 30th has come and gone and the DLC issue is still not fixed!!!!

They have removed the expiration date so it's still a waiting game but you do still have the content coming.

They removed the expiration date, (which never should have been there in the first place because the DLC itself once downloaded never expires, so what's the point?) but I still recommend that you redeem the code here and wait for a fix if you haven't done so already.
Bioware is currently busy attending to the more serious issues caused by Sony's botched 3.30 Firmware Update, so their work on fixing the DLC issue has hit back burner for the time being.
Rest assured, the expiration date on the card has been lifted, and should you have already redeemed the code then you're also safe since the DLC itself never expires.
