Well if there are half orcs I wonder if BioWare is going to do that with the darkspawn. Just think about it a half darkspawn.

I stand corrected.  And I agree with you - consoles got the shaft.  But Bioware is only partially to blame - after all, the license on these consoles belong to other companies.  Complain to Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo.

Everyone that keeps saying, "I'm going to skip this one because it has no attachment to my character! HMPH!" Really needs to realize, this is a very fun and unique lookout to it. They've sent your character on HUNDREDS of quests and such to go kill darkspawn. Now it's time to let them have a bit of the action. I personally can't wait to see how this one plays out.

I don't think it would quite work like that, seeing as how the various darkspawn are already derivative of various other races. They've got a weird method of reproduction going on there...

this DLC looks like its gonna be pretty bland, which is sad because it could have punched our brains out with awesome if it gave us a look into the heads of the things we killed all through Origins and Awakening and like showed us what its like Crazy deep in the deep roads where they spawn and amass but the way the trailer made it look its gonna just be you winning (losing?) the final battle at Denerim but maybe if you get to make a moral choice at the end (like one of the talking darkspawn would be able to) like say killing the archdemon yourself to gain its power/kill the Grey wardens to destroy the world(or whatever it would accomplish) or command a retreat as to join forces with the Architect/Mother would be cool but I think this DLC is more for people who cant stand the Companions from Origins.

 So I'm assuming this is around 5 hours or less since Bioware dodged the length question again?
I wonder if it is even worth the cost to make 5 hour long $10 DLC? Can we just have a sequel worked on with multiplayer added in!
   Idea seems great but sucks knowing we'll have to spend money we can't get back to test the DLC for ourselves. Oh well can't be more than $20 I would assume.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure most darkspawn are actually genderless (what would they use it for ??).

DS produce by broodmothers yes,they more like ants,so probably genderless but broodmothers themselves are ex-Fereldan native females.What i don't get get it how sudenlly they start popin out their eggs....and Mother itself form Awakening produces childer...

Um.... no there isnt.
Unless you count what happens to some of the characters, but thats not exactly the same thing.

And killing all of the party members that I have come to love? It just seems too sad. But I am a little curios to see how this will work so I...will consider it.

Well this makes me not want to buy it at all.I mean whats the point. Once agian PC and 360 users will get it like two whole weeks(or more) before us and then I could just watch a video of it on youtube or something.

I'd rather see a complete new game for $49 or whatever that incorporates all the DLC's and a whole new storyline. Perhaps a few new classes like ninja, priest, paladin or samaurai....as in D&D. Or an option to play as darkspawn the entire game.
