make mutations of all the EA/Bioware people that could fix patch 1.03 problems, and let us kill them in the game for sporting fun?
this would give us their effigies to burn so to speak.
freeze and shatter EA's CEO, cast a death hex on biowares lead manager.
cast petrify on a group of EA's top bannanas, then cast stonefist to shatter them
cast inferno at EA's headquaters
backstab those greedy backstabbers at Bioware, shield bash the number crunchers at both EA and Bioware.
send shale in to squish some heads!
castrate them all and let God sort them out!

Anything online will most likely depend on how ToR does when it comes out. But from what I've seen with support for this game they're gonna have to do A LOT better if they want people to play their MMO. There are lots of MMO out there and the ones that survive have timely fixes and good support, if they support their MMO like they have this game it will fail.kolmdas wrote...
I hope it does well I love to see a Dragon Age 2 were they let the grey wardens and the darkspawn duel it out online

Yeah. Post that in the TOR boards and watch what happens.

It would be funny, that's for sure, I can see the flames already just thinking about it.Vicious wrote...

Honestly though, I hope that they do actually put the effort into supporting it, who knows I might even play it if they can do that. It does look interesting, but I will definitely be waiting a while though to see how it works out before making any decisions.

I just hope I will not constantly feel that I am doing something deeply wrong from start to finish…not sure that a gripping sense of guilt is what I want from a game…I guess I will just keep thinking that it is NOT REAL - as opposed to DAO (it’s kind of a paradox, isn’t it?) – oh well, I suppose that all the doubts about this DLC in the end just show how much people have come to care about the story and characters in the main game.

Also heres a question to bioware. The the darkspawns talking scenes be through speaking or through telepathy? As ofcourse darkspawn are unable to talk in the first one. Also would this new DLC have a version on Awakening?

from the work on patch 1.04
a working patch is a far better motivation for me to buy future xp
and games around DA than shepherding and bossing a bunch of
darkspawn around for a few hours, just to kill my favorite oc companions.
So my answer to the request at the end of the trailer is'no, definitely not.'

It doesn't really seem like anything that expands upon or continues the story in any way - unless there's something I'm not putting together.
Oh well - thanks for the offer at least Bioware.

I heard that there might be DAO 2? IS this correct?
While it seems likely there will be at some point in the future, nothing's been announced yet.

So to partially quote Charion de Celeste:

I'm not at all interested in childish view of "what if you are the darkspawn" thing - just give me the DLC or another (real) expansion, in which Morrigan's story is present and has actual conclusion and I will be one happy rpg player.

So the repsonse to critiscism of awkaenings lacking story continuity and deeper relationships was to release THIS...are they pruposely trying to drive away origins fans...I did not buy awakenings (playe dit once for free and really did not care for it) and I do not htink I would even play THIS for free...how can their possibly be ANY role playing elements?
same as the above comment. Awakening was fun, and it continued the story quite well (what the hero does after saving the world) it just didnt let you bump the elf chick which pissed some people off.
you should lighten up and enjoy the fun aspect of it. at least your not getting shafted like the mass effect people with the "new" armor DLC

I´d like that.
They could make it so that you play as a Tevinter General invading the Black City to fight the Maker, and the BioWare devs take that part:devil:
