Getting stuck in mid air, or on a different game plane is really getting frustrating... Sometimes if I walk too close to a table I'll end up on the table, sometimes I can get down, other times I can't, but since I can walk all around on that table, it appears I've jumped off of the plane I'm supposed to be on. This usually means I have to reload the game, and this is just really annoying.
The long load times should be fixable because they don't happen all the time. When I first load up the game, if there is a long black screen after the last logo (I think it's the EA logo) and before the "press any key" main screen, this is then followed up with a VERY slow "loading Cerberus Network", and then all of my in game load times will be much longer, sometimes several minutes longer. If the last logo fades away and the menu screens instantly appear, or appear within ~1-2 seconds, then all of my load times are very fast, usually faster than one iteration of the load screen. The long load times can be corrected by simply restarting the game, although sometimes it needs to be restarted several times. This inconsistency tells me that the long load times are not a design issue, but something else.

The "getting stuck" issue is more of flawed programming. For the long load times, have you tried the app called "MassAffinity"? Supposedly that helps cut the loading times by setting affinities for CPU cores (useful for quad-cores).
